Job Title : Business Development Assistant to the Director
Company : International Restaurant
Working with : Italian Director
Salary : this will depend on skills and experience and can be discussed at the interview.
Specific Duties :
1. Recruit staff for the restaurant.
2. Work on the restaurant menu.
3. Document the menu recipes in English and Chinese.
4. Find suppliers for the restaurant.
5. Public relations and advertising.
6. Business development.
7. Other duties as requested by the Director.
Skills and Experiences required :
1. Verbal and Written English as communication with foreigners is required.
2. Computer literacy in WORD, EXCEL and E-mailing (i.e. Express Outlook).
3. Preference will be given to candidates who have had experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in restaurant management.
